West Timmins Mining Inc (WTM-T)
| West Timmins Minins, led by CEO Darin Wagner and Chariman Wayne O'Connor, is a primarily gold focused explorer with properties in Ontario and Mexico. Among its projects in Canada are the Thunder Creek joint venture with Lakeshore Gold in Timmins, as well as a further 100 plus square kilometers of 100% owned exploration land nearby. In Mexico the company has precious metals and polymetallic properties in Sonora, Chihuahua, and Zacatecas states. In August 2009 West Timmins announced a plan merger with Lake Shore Gold where shareholders will receive 0.73 Lakeshore shares per WTM share, in a transaction intended to consolidate a signidicant portion of the Timmins camp, and in November 2009 the company was delisted upon completion of the transaction. |
