Temex Resources Corp, headed by Ian Campbell since 2005, has a 60:40 JV with Goldcorp on the Whitney project in Ontario's Timmins Camp and a 100% interest in the Juby project about 100 km south of Timmins. Whitney has an underground mineable medium grade gold resource with down-plunge exploration potential within several zones, but the focus for 2015 is to secure approval to open-pit mine a 20,000 oz gold resource at the former Hallnor Mine. In addition to permits Temex must secure a toll milling agreement for which Goldcorp, which has declined to spend any more money on Whitney, is an obvious candidate. The Juby project has an open-pittable low grade resource that was the focus of Temex since 2005, but the project was expanded in 2012 to consolidate an area with a fragmented ownership history. Subject to funding the goal at Juby is to explore for near-surface higher grade mineralization.
Key to Understanding IPV Charts and Spec Value Hunter Tables
An IPV Chart is a graphical presentation of a Spec Value Hunter table that has been constructed according to the Rational Speculation Model developed by John Kaiser. The IPV Chart allows speculators to identify which projects offer poor, fair or good speculative value in both absolute and relative terms. The speculative value depends on the project stage, the project's implied value as calculated by the company's fully diluted capitalization, stock price and net project interest, and the dream target deemed appropriate for the project. A dream target is what a project would be worth in discounted cash flow terms once in production.
Green background indicates the dream target judged appropriate for this play by John Kaiser - otherwise unranked.
Poor Speculative Value -
Fair Speculative Value -
Good Speculative Value -
Note: narrow arrows indicate IPV is outside the fair value channel but within 25% of the fair value limits
