| JNR Resources is a uranium exploration junior focused on the Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, with additional properties in Newfoundland. JNR is led by President Richard T. Kusmirski, and includes Ron Hochstein, President of Denison Mines Corp, as a board member. Among JNR's 13 Athabasca projects, several including Moore Lake, Lazy Edward Bay, and Bell Lake are joint ventured with Denison Mines, with Denison as majority owner. In November 2012 the company agreed to be acquired by Denison on the basis of 0.073 of a Denison common share for each JNR share. The offer values JNR at approximately $10-million. |

| An IPV Chart is a graphical presentation of a Spec Value Hunter table that has been constructed according to the Rational Speculation Model developed by John Kaiser. The IPV Chart allows speculators to identify which projects offer poor, fair or good speculative value in both absolute and relative terms. The speculative value depends on the project stage, the project's implied value as calculated by the company's fully diluted capitalization, stock price and net project interest, and the dream target deemed appropriate for the project. A dream target is what a project would be worth in discounted cash flow terms once in production. |
